WHEREVER THERE’S WORK TO CHECK, FIX, OR FOLLOW UP

Work done.
Proof kept.

A property to inspect. A tool to repair. A space to clean. Whatever your team looks after, bring checks, assigned work, photos, and completion records into one shared workspace.

Built for everyday work. Clear enough for the whole team.

THE HANDOVER SHOULDN’T BE THE HARD PART

One place for
“has that been fixed?”

A photo in a message. A repair on a sticky note. An update that never reached the right person.

Workrova brings the work and its details together, so your team can see who owns a task, what was done, and what still needs attention.

Clear ownershipUseful contextRecorded completion

FROM FIRST CHECK TO FINAL SIGN-OFF

Less chasing.
More knowing.

When work moves between people, the details shouldn’t disappear. Give every job a place to start, a person to own it, and a record of how it ended.

01

Check what matters

Build a checklist for the places, assets, or tasks your team checks. Record what you find while the details are fresh.

02

Give the work an owner

Create a ticket with the issue, priority, and assignee. Keep the team working from the same record.

03

Close it with context

Record the work performed and attach photos. Review the result and keep the history for later.

THE DETAILS, WITHOUT THE DETECTIVE WORK

A shared view for the office.
A clear next step for the crew.

Repeatable inspections

Build templates around the things your team looks after, then keep completed inspection records together.

Work tickets that tell the story

Track assignments, priorities, progress, and work performed without piecing together separate messages.

Photos beside the work

Keep supporting photos and files with the ticket they belong to, ready for review.

A history you can return to

See activity and completion details when a question comes up after the job is finished.

Views for each responsibility

Workers see their assigned or reported tickets. Managers and administrators get a broader view of the workspace.

Support inside the app

Send a question, report a problem, or suggest an improvement and follow the conversation in Workrova.

BUILT AROUND THE WORK YOU ALREADY DO

Your industry is the setting.
Your workflow is what matters.

If your team checks something, finds a problem, assigns a task, and reviews the result, there’s a workflow to explore in Workrova. These are three examples—not the boundaries of what you can organize.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

From walkthrough to repair.

A walkthrough finds a leaking tap in an apartment. Assign the repair, document what was replaced, and let the property manager review the result.

  • Property and unit locations
  • Walkthrough checklists
  • Repair history for later questions
INDEPENDENT MECHANIC SHOPS

Keep shop maintenance moving.

A shop check finds a damaged air hose. Create a ticket, assign its replacement, and record the work and photos before the ticket is reviewed.

  • Shop and tool inspection checklists
  • Assigned maintenance tickets
  • Repair details and completion photos
COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Give every site a clear follow-up.

A supervisor spots a missed area during an office cleaning check. Assign a follow-up ticket, attach completion photos, and keep the review with the site’s records.

  • Site-specific quality checklists
  • Follow-up tasks with an owner
  • Photos and review in one record

START WITH WHAT YOU NEED TO KEEP TRACK OF

More than one kind of job.
More than one kind of team.

You don’t need to fit an industry label. Start with the work you want to make clearer, then shape your workspace around it.

Places

Offices, gardens, shared buildings, storage areas, sports grounds, and community spaces.

Organize records by location.

Things

Tools, rental items, appliances, furnishings, and other assets your team maintains.

Keep checks and issues connected to an asset.

Checks

Walkthroughs, condition checks, cleaning reviews, opening checks, and handover inspections.

Create templates for your own checklist.

Follow-up work

A repair, a missed task, a replacement, or a problem that needs someone to take ownership.

Assign it, document it, and review the result.

Get started

We’ll help you decide whether it fits your workflow.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few good questions.

Is Workrova built for one industry?

No. Your locations, assets, inspection templates, and tickets give the workspace its context. A property team might track apartments; a mechanic shop might track tools; a community organization might track shared spaces. The common thread is checking, assigning, documenting, and reviewing work. We’ll discuss your specific needs before you commit.

Do workers and administrators see the same things?

They share the same workspace records, with access based on their role. Workers see tickets assigned to them or reported by them, while administrators can review the wider team’s work.

Can I use it from a phone?

Workrova runs in your browser with a layout that adapts to smaller screens. An internet connection is required; offline work is not currently supported.

How do I get a workspace?

Email [email protected]. We’ll talk through your needs and help set up a workspace if it’s a fit. Existing customers can use the sign-in link above.
